RE: Employee of the Month Nominations

Do you know of a hard-working individual who helps out your office in an exceptional way? In an effort to give well-deserved recognition and to celebrate each other’s successes, the Employee of the Month program provides an opportunity to recognize staff who are outstanding team members.

Please take a moment to recognize excellent county staff by filling out a nomination form (below)  and emailing it to the Commissioners Office at SJCCOM@SJCINDIANA.COM.  Or you can drop it off on the 7th Floor.  

When nominating a fellow employee, consider the following criteria:

• outstanding representation of the County.
• outstanding contribution to improving the flow of County business operations;
• outstanding accomplishments that contribute to the success of your specific office.

All nominations received will be treated confidentially and are awarded blind.  

Note:  We accept Nominations from any employee.  These nominations do not need to come from a Department Head or Supervisor.
