The Department of Procurement supports County departmental units by assisting with strategic sourcing, obtaining competitive quotes, and executes all purchase orders. Procurement also assists with soliciting bids for goods and/or services and registers all vendors within the County database. Manages County governmental auction.
If you wish to be considered as a vendor for St. Joseph County, you must complete and submit a Vendor Registration Form to the Department of Procurement. This informational packet is being required of all prospective vendors and must be signed and submitted in it's entirety.
