Be sure to include the proper fees after submitting your application. This can be done in person or by mail at: Area Plan Commission, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., 11th Floor County City Building, South Bend, Indiana 46601.
Fees are $50 per sign type. For example, if you have two walls signs, the fee is $50. If you have a wall and freestanding sign, the fee is $100. ILPs will not be issued until the proper payment has been received.
